We’ve had our VIOP phone system through Ring Authority for about a year and a half and I must say that we have had an awesome experience thanks to Bill Sloman. He was extremely honest in explaining all the pros and cons of using a VIOP phone system through Ring Authority vs. a landline. The best thing about the phone system is that I’m not tied to my desk. I can actually answer the phone on my personal cell phone through there app and not miss a beat as far as keeping in touch with clients. This feature comes in handy when I’m out of town and rather than pay for an answering service; I’m able to answer the phone or just return calls at my convenience. Our office has had no problems with dropped calls and the quality & clarity of each call very high. In fact we have lost internet connection about twice and each time I was able to answer phone calls on my cell through Ring Authority’s app. We are very satisfied!
