Good afternoon. My name is Bill Sloman with Ring Authority. Today’s topic is going to be the mobile app for your mobile phone. If you’ve ever been out on the road and had the need to call a customer and didn’t want to give your cell phone number out to your customer and wanted to look professional while giving just out your business line, well, we have an app called the Ring Authority mobile app that attaches to your extension and whenever you use it, it will work just like your desk phone.
So if you’re seated at your desk, obviously you use your desk phone. If you are on the road and someone calls your extension, it will ring to your mobile app and you can take the call just like you’re sitting at your desk.
More importantly, if you’re out on the road and you need to call a client back, you can use your mobile app to call them. You know, call like it’s coming from your business line. Some other great features, you can pull all of your contacts that are in your mobile phone into your mobile app, so you have the ability to call them through the mobile app. But you don’t have to scratch and hunt for names and numbers.
You have call history, so it will give you a history of the latest calls that you’ve made and received. Your keypad and if you want, you can even get your voicemail messages at your phone. Well, we have another app for that called the Voicemail to Email app that will give you your voicemail messages to your phone as long as you have your email on it.
